As soon as you step inside, Villa Antuca eases you in to holiday mode, this is the kind of property you find yourself floating around, with each room flowing into the next, with style and grace evident in each and every space. The main living room is bright and spacious, with huge glass windows offering a picturesque view out to the garden. The furnishings are modern and stylish, yet comfort is maintained at the core of this rooms design, with the open-hearth fireplace providing a warmth and cosiness to the space. Through an open archway, guests will find their way to the inside dining area, and through a further open arch, to the modern kitchen. The kitchen provides everything you may need to cook some fabulous meals during your stay! Also on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one boasting a double bed and the second offering twin beds. There is a family bathroom and a separate toilet. The final double bedroom can be found on the first floor, providing its own private bathroom. Every room has air conditioning for your comfort.
Outside, Villa Antuca continues to reflect the laid-back atmosphere. The private swimming pool glistens on the terrace, providing the perfect opportunity to cool off in the hot Spanish sun! There is space to dine al-fresco under a covered aspect of the terrace, soaking in the calming atmosphere. Villa Antuca provides the perfect base to relax and restore as well as exploring the fabulous surrounding areas and beaches.Villa Antuca is located in a quiet, sunny area on the edge of a beautiful golf course. The resort is 5 km from the centre of Oliva, 800m from the sea and 800 m from the gorgeous beach. The area is well linked, 90km north east of Alicante and 100km south east of Valencia. The area is situated at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. This location is incredibly well connected, with trains, bus connections and even a ferry that can take you to Ibiza in only 3 hours!
Nestled between mountains and the sea, this jewel of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. The prestigious 18-hole golf course “La Sella”, is so close to the villa, that even beginners might have to give it a go! This area is perfect for children and adults alike, with everything you might need for a fabulous holiday in Spain.
