Villa Esperanza Las Rotas offers spacious living areas all on one floor, overflowing with charming features and homely comforts. The traditional styles throughout the villa add a warmth to the property, making guests feel relaxed and at home. In the fabulous living and dining room, separated by just a couple of steps, the exposed beams, feature fireplace and longstanding doorways all add an authentic, charming feel, perfect for relaxed evenings in as a family, curled up together, reading books, playing games and sharing stories.

The well-known town of Denia, with 40,000 residents, is well linked. Sitting 90 km northeast of Alicante, 100 km south-east of Valencia. Nestled between mountains and the sea, this jewel of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. The mild climate and its 20 kilometres of sandy beaches and rocky coves make Denia the ideal place for relaxed family beach holidays.
The prestigious 18-hole golf course “La Sella”, is just 12km from the villa, so even beginners might have to give it a go! This area is perfect for children and adults alike, with everything you might need for a fabulous holiday in Spain.
Overlooking the picturesque port, the walls of Denia Castle just out from the hilltop, adding charm and character to the city that encourages visitors to explore. The ruins host the Archaeological Museum, and Roman artefacts can be found nearby.
