This beautiful, contemporary villa is tucked away in a quiet spot on the sea’s edge within the popular Punta Prima area. Within the villa itself, there are all the modern features you need to make your stay feel luxurious. The combination of these modern facilities and the calming sea views creates a truly relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire property.
On the ground floor, guests enter straight into a fabulous living room, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering views that will take your breath away. There may be a TV in the room, but from the moment you enter, it is hard to draw your attention away from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on the horizon! On the same floor, guests can make the most of the beautifully equipped kitchen, with all the modern gadgets you need to prepare delicious family meals.
On the villa’s lower level, there is a second living room, perfect for groups that want to divide up, with kids watching a movie downstairs, whilst adults socialise upstairs – or vice versa! This living space, leads out to the swimming pool and terrace, easily combining indoor and outdoor living, perfect for when you need a break from the summer sun.
The master suite can be found on the top floor, boasting its own private balcony overlooking the sea. Warm, shallow water makes it a hit with children, and a flag system keeps you posted on how the current is doing.
The popular town of Mahon is just a 20-minute bus journey from the villa. Mahon has been Menorca’s capital ever since the British moved the title from Ciutadella in 1721. The bustling town offers shops, restaurants and bars as well as much more to explore, well worth a day trip during your holiday.
