The truly captivating Casa Ludo Ibiza, a renovated 300-year-old Finca, is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by peaceful countryside. With a private swimming pool, children’s play area, six bathrooms, barbecue area, a vineyard, fruit orchard, and a fully restored 300-year-old olive press, this is a villa that will bring both luxury and authenticity to your holiday in Ibiza.
Beautifully decorated with fabulous attention to detail, including wooden beamed ceilings made from 300-year-old rare Savina wood, Casa Ludo Ibiza is made up of the main house, studio, and a small and large guest house.
The main house features a comfortable living room with a traditional fireplace and plush purple sofas which surround a wide screen satellite TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for holiday catering, with two ovens, American fridge, wood oven, pantry, plus a Nespresso machine and juicer. The dining room leads from the kitchen and has traditional table and benches. From here there is access to the outside terrace, which has a large outdoor dining table for 12 under a shaded area with breath taking views across the countryside.
The bedrooms begin with a double bedroom, which has its own dressing room and en suite shower, and has access to a terrace. There are two further double bedrooms, both with en suite shower facilities and access to the outside area. The main villa also has two twin bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with a bathtub.
The small guest house, Casita, features one double bedroom with access to a terrace, along with a small kitchenette and en suite shower.
The Studio has its own living-dining area, complete with an oven and refrigerator. There is use of a sofa bed along with a bathroom with shower. There are also two double bedrooms, one with its own en suite shower.
Surrounding the villa is the incredible garden and numerous terraces, a vineyard and fruit orchard. The tranquil private swimming pool is surrounded by eight sunbeds and a stylish Balinese bed – a fabulous place to unwind by the pool with a drink. Guests can also choose from a gas and wood barbecue when cooking al fresco. The sink and refrigerator make life easier for storing food outside. Children will love the play area, complete with swings and a hammock for the parents.
Casa Ludo Ibiza is situated in a perfect location, where guests are surrounded by nature in the wildest part of the island but are close to nearby beaches including, Benirras, with its legendary clear blue water and bohemian vibe. The pretty villages of San Juan and San Miguel are both about 7 minutes by car. 

Portinatx is located in the northern part of the island, in the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja.The shores of the municipality are dominated by cliffs, and the interior exhibits a relief formed by mountains of considerable height. Punic and Muslim ruins speak of the importance of this settlement in the ancient world. After the island was conquered, in 1235, the church of Sant Miquel was erected in what was to become the urban centre of the municipality. The church was fortified during the following centuries on account of pirate attacks.
In contrast with other towns in the island, whose traditional activities have declined to give way to the development of the tourist industry, Sant Joan de Labritja still depends on agriculture and cattle raising.
There are three good beaches in the area of Portinatx. The biggest one is on the bay; the little one, S’Arenal Petit, is more private. The third one is Porto Beach, surrounded by little mounds that are covered with pine trees.
