This stunning, modern villa set in rural Ibiza was completely renovated in 2016, making it utterly in vogue, whilst still retaining the charming ambience created by its original structure.
Combining classical furniture with a modern design, this exquisite villa is brought to life with tasteful splashes of colour, texture and lighting. From the 12-seater dining table to the vast, fully-equipped kitchen, this elegant space will ensure your absolute comfort from day one, with everything you need to prepare a meal, host a dinner party or simply relax in front of the TV after a day of activities. With two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges and freezers, a Nespresso machine and so much more, the kitchen really has been designed to make everyday life as easy as possible! The open plan living, both within the villa and extending to the garden, creates a really sociable atmosphere, connecting all areas of the house in conversation and merriment.
The five bedrooms are all designed with the same attention to detail and tastefulness, and all enjoy an ensuite bathroom and even have hairdryers provided. All of the rooms also have direct access either to a fabulous terrace or balcony, or to the garden itself, through large doors which also serve to allow light to flood throughout the rooms making them as bright and welcoming as the living areas.
A hugely spacious terrace area with a large dining table for 8 and a varied seating area greets you as you step across the threshold of the vast glass doors which separate one expansive living area from the next. Only this terrace enjoys more of the perfect breeze which sweeps around the villa, cooling you on even the warmest of the Spanish summer’s days. The poolside sun loungers are simple yet perfect for the job, inkeeping with the delightfully minimalist design of the property.
Exquisite by both day and night, the lighting around the pool and terrace areas will ensure that your balmy evenings spent enjoying the famous Ibiza sunsets, star-gazing and sipping a wine or sangria are thoroughly peaceful and relaxing with the soothing tones of the soft lighting and the calming sounds of the nature which surrounds the villa.
A perfect holiday getaway, Casa San Jose is as tranquil as it is practical, enjoying both the peace and quiet of the rural area, and the array of beaches, restaurants and shops within just a few minutes’ walk! Despite its current reputation for all-night parties, hedonism and elegance, Ibiza was first popularised by a hippy community, and in amongst the trendy clubs and lively beaches, their presence is still felt in the many markets they established throughout the years.
