Surrounded by picturesque pine forests and just minutes from Cala Jondal beach on Ibiza’s south coast, Villa Los Suenos de Alexia is a luxurious villa that offers a paradise retreat with stunning features and facilities.
Creating a sense of peace and tranquillity throughout the villa is a fresh, cool colour scheme and the sumptuous warmth of carefully selected furnishings in natural materials. The oasis of calm flows through to the outside space, with beautiful areas designed for relaxation and meditation.
The main villa is set over two floors and the approach to the entrance doors is simply stunning, with a fountain creating a beautiful focal point. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with plush sofas, fireplace and tactile furnishings that create an opulent yet relaxing area for watching films on the large plasma television. Doors open onto the large terrace with a partially covered seating area where you can simply sink back into the sofas and unwind. Adjacent to the living room is another partially covered area with a large dining table providing seating for up to twelve guests and stunning views of the lush surroundings. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking up meals at any time of the day. There are two beautiful double bedrooms on this floor also, with both featuring a double bed, air conditioning, television and a small refrigerator. A well-appointed bathroom with shower serves both bedrooms.
The first floor is reached via the garden and comprises of another double bedroom. This luxurious room has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Extras include a small refrigerator and direct access to a solarium furnished with a chill out bed and comfortable seats for reclining and taking in the views. An annex has a further double bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Within the outside space is a separate property with two relaxing double bedrooms. One has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, plasma television and air conditioning. Additional luxury features include a small refrigerator and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both have access to a beautiful outdoor relaxation area and a small area of exotic garden.
At the heart of the garden is a vast infinity pool that offers uninterrupted views over the pine forests that surround the plot. The generous number of sun loungers means everyone can socialise and enjoy this space together. A partially covered summer kitchen with barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals and has a dining table that seats up to twelve guests. Dotted around the gardens are features and spaces that reflect the feel of such a serene place, including a small yurt and meditative statues.Villa Los Suenos de Alexia is just a 10-minute walk away from the inviting sands of Cala Jondal beach, so getting out to enjoy a day on the coast couldn’t be easier.
Cala Jondal is known for its friendly atmosphere and naturally beautiful landscape. Set within a secluded bay and surrounded by pine-covered hills, the sands take you gently down into clear blue waters. The sheltered nature of the beach means the sea is calm and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. You can even hire a kayak or pedalo for exploring the waters and taking in the scenery. As the beach is so low-key, it’s a favourite with the rich and famous, so you might well spot some celebrities as you people-watch. Enjoy a seafood lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants or head further into town for more options.
Ibiza Town is just 12 km from the villa and despite its reputation as a party town, it’s also full of cultural and historical attractions to discover. Families will find much of interest in the old town area, which sits just above the main town. The narrow, cobbled streets make you feel as if you’ve travelled back in time and there are plenty of quaint shops to browse. There’s also a cathedral with stunning views over the surrounding area.
