In an elevated, leafy setting with views of the sea and just a short distance from Ibiza Town, Casa Eivissa is a modern villa with a stylish look and feel throughout.
With a neutral décor and furnishings made from natural materials, such as wood and stone, this holiday home gives the feeling of a serene retreat. Despite enjoying seclusion and privacy, the villa is also close to pretty villages and lively towns.
Built in 2004, Casa Eivissa offers contemporary living over two floors. On the ground floor is a bright open plan living/dining area with enough comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy watching films in the evenings. Sharing this space is a dining table and chairs, ideally located in front of patio doors to make the most of the views. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large fridge freezer and breakfast bar for added food storage and convenience. Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed, doors to outside and a bathroom with bathtub.
A sweeping, wooden staircase in the open plan living space takes you up to the first floor. There are a further two double bedrooms on this level, both with double beds and access to a large terrace. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and there’s a lovely bathroom with bathtub for use by all guests.
The teak terrace is home to a dining table and chairs that’s ideal for al fresco meals, with a barbecue close by for grilling some local fish or seafood for dinner. There’s also a chill-out seat with sun cover. The main attraction is the large, private swimming pool with sun lounger area to the side. The first-floor terraces are the best places to go for stunning, uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding area. Soak up almost panoramic views of nearby small resorts that lead out to the sea beyond.Casa Eivissa is less than 5 minutes by car from the town of Sant Jordi and its amenities. Pick up groceries from the choice of shops and supermarkets or enjoy an evening meal out at one of the town’s many restaurants. Typical of most Ibizan villages and towns, there’s a pretty whitewashed church that acts as a focal point and a central square that’s perfect for people watching.
A similar distance away from the villa is the beach at Playa d’en Bossa. The soft sand is ideal for children wanting to play ball games and allows them to walk down into the sea safely. Everyone will love taking advantage of the sun loungers that are dotted along the beach and swimming in the clear blue sea. You can also hire pedalos, kayaks and jet skis to explore the beautiful waters here.
Ibiza Town is just a 10-minute drive from the villa and has something to offer everyone. Whether you love history or prefer the more modern side of new places, Ibiza Town more than delivers on both fronts. The main town is full of boutique shops and buzzing bars and restaurants. Dalt Vila is the name of the old town, and it sits on a mountain overlooking the modern part of Ibiza. One of the most striking historic buildings within the narrow cobbled streets of Dalt Vila is the cathedral, which dates back to the 13th century.
