Casa Vista Marina is a beautiful modern home influenced by Moroccan style, located in the charming village of Es Cubells. The home lies behind a secure electric gate and faces the south of the island, overlooking the glorious beaches of Salinas, Cala Jondal as well as the island of Formentera.
Plants elegantly decorate the home’s exterior which looks striking against the lush green surroundings. Outside, tropical blue comfy daybeds lie beside the glimmering infinity pool. It’ll be lovely retreating here for naps in between taking dips in the pool.
An elegant and sheltered dining area for ten is where you can enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the outdoor barbeque. There are several seating areas to lounge about on the outside. One is a sheltered veranda boasting a rustic wooden ceiling and gorgeous white furniture – you’ll be forgiven for wanting to spend all day relaxing here.
Inside, shiny marble floors and beautiful contemporary artworks add to the home’s stylish yet vibrant design which sees soothing neutral tones enhanced by bright bursts of colour. Deep reds are used on the bedding, bright pinks liven up the indoor living area, and rich purple seats are placed out on the veranda.
There is a large amount of space in the living areas as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is created with luxurious marble and contains a bubbling jacuzzi bathtub for you luxuriate yourself in.
A sizeable balcony, which is accessible from the first floor, provides more inspiring views and the home has private parking for four cars.You’ll be greeted by one of the oldest olive trees on the island when you visit Raco Verd restaurant, just a 15-minute drive away in the charming village of San Jose.
The venue boasts an alluring and inviting terrace and lies in the centre of San Jose, just opposite the church. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Raco Verd has a small yet mighty menu full of tasty tapas and fine wine.
The terrace is the perfect place to dine on and welcomes you with gorgeous bougainvillaea and other indigenous plants that provide the natural decoration. The rustic restaurant also comprises of a relaxing lounge area where guests can sink into one of the comfy sofa beds while enjoying a fresh juice, cocktail or sangria. Live music is often played on the venue’s terrace – everything from rock to flamenco, to jazz. There is also free WiFi available throughout the terrace, if you must catch up on business while you’re away.
Playa D’en Bossa is one of the more popular beaches on the island and lies only a 25-minute drive away from the home. The location is brimming with buzzing beach bars, relaxing sunbeds and thrilling water sport activities.
