The house is ideally located just 350m from the main town of San Jose and all the amenities it has to offer, such as restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and banks. 
The beaches of the South of the island (Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala d’Hort) are all within a 15 minute drive, as is the beautiful nature reserve of Es Vedra. Ibiza town is also less than 20 minutes by car.You’ll be close to everything Ibiza has to offer, from a range of beautiful beaches to some of the best nightlife the Mediterranean has to offer.
