Nestled in woodland and beautiful extensive gardens, Villa Aguas Calientes is set upon a hill with the most incredible views and stunning sunsets. The stylish villa, located in the north of Ibiza, is close to the beautiful Benirras beach and traditional San Juan market.
When it comes to luxury living, Villa Aguas Clientes should get an A*. From its stunning interior design through to the abundance of amenities and outdoor living, the villa is ideal for a large party of friends or families. 
The villa is an architectural dream, with floor to ceiling windows, so it is filled with natural light throughout, and even when guests are indoors, they will feel like the outside is coming in. On the main floor, you’ll find plenty of entertainment in the cinema room, complete with projector and screen that pops down from the ceiling. The modern kitchen is filled with useful appliances, including Nespresso machines, juicers, ice maker and two ovens. There is inside dining for 12 guests next to the kitchen.
There are three double bedrooms on the main floor, all with modern en suite bathrooms; two with showers and one with a bath tub. Each bedroom has outside independent access and beautiful views across to the sea.
The first floor is comprised of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower and its own living room with modern fireplace. There is a second double bedroom, which also has an en suite bathroom with shower.
The villa has its own annex, with its own independent access, which is ideal for guests who need privacy. The annex consists of a double bedroom with an en suite shower.
The outdoor area takes in consideration its surrounding area of garden and hills. There is a large heated infinity pool nestled in the hillside, with steps leading down from the villa and a natural stone wall surrounding the area. At night, the area is beautifully lit for guests who may want to take a midnight swim.
On the terrace on the ground floor there is a beautiful sunken chill out area with big sofas and cushions, plus a covered dining area for 20 guests on the main terrace. The top floor terrace also has a sunken chill out area with incredible 360 degree views across the countryside and a barbecue. 

Every year, on the day of the saint of each village and town in Ibiza, there is a great popular celebration in which tradition, culture, and sports are present. There is also a festivity program filled with activities for people of all ages.
