Villa La Pineda is a stellar Ibizan home situated amongst the hills on 25,000 m2 of land. Nature lovers will be in awe of the amazing greenery that surrounds the home and grows in the garden.
Villa La Pineda boasts stunning architecture that is beautifully and uniquely designed and contains a glistening outdoor private pool. The home’s patio holds a large day bed with space for three, complete with a roof and lamp so that guests can enjoy lazing about here all day and all night. From the pool, you’ll be able to view the lush green hills for miles and miles on into the distance.
The outdoor space is simply amazing here and is flourishing with bright flowering bushes and trees. An elegant and large dining table seats up to twelve people and lies on the terrace overlooking the pool. Guests will be able to make use of the outdoor barbeque when devouring meals here. The home also provides parking space for several cars.
The inside is simple and modern yet elegant. Neutral colours used throughout the home emphasize peace and tranquillity and create a serene ambience. Sizeable sliding glass doors allow plenty of lovely natural light into one of the two living rooms which lead onto a terrace where you can admire the wonderful countryside from an even closer perspective.
The ground floor living room lies open plan with a stylish dining area for eight people and a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen. The room opens out to the pool terrace.One of the nearest restaurants is Cas Costas Grill & Market which serves a fusion of Mediterranean, European and Spanish cuisines as well as finger-licking barbecue meat. Visitors can come here for brunch, lunch and dinner and enjoy fresh, tasty food made from healthy ingredients.
The venue is a hot spot with locals, which indicates that this is the place to be, so it’s recommended to book in advance to secure a table. Inside, the décor is elegant and bright, reflecting the island’s charm. The food is served in generous portions and includes a tasty goats cheese salad, grilled garden vegetables, succulent grilled meat and white chocolate mousse for dessert. Guests will also be able to sit in the restaurant’s shaded courtyard that burns citronella to keep the mosquitoes away – be sure to cover up if you’re popular with them!
