Perched high in the hills of Cala Tarida in a perfectly tranquil location, Villa Llanas is the ideal home for a group looking to relax in the famous Ibiza sun in a private environment.
The large living room has a soft L-shaped sofa with room for the whole group placed in front of the satellite TV and beside the fireplace. To one side there is also a dining table for eight. Large patio doors allow the light and warmth of the outdoors to flow through the home.
The kitchen has a rustic style, with wooden panelling set against a contemporary design and all the latest mod cons, including ceramic hobs, a large American style fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. A breakfast table sits alongside the kitchen. With a traditional fireplace in both the kitchen and the living area, the home can be transformed into a cosy haven!
Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully and carefully decorated to create a calming atmosphere, with soft pastel shades and soothing décor. The master bedroom offers access to a private terrace where you can soak up some sunshine and take in the magnificent views in total privacy! There are two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master room, which both have bathtubs, showers and simple, elegant designs.
From both the interiors and the large terrace you will enjoy utterly unbeatable sunset views each evening, as the sun descends on the beautiful sea before you. With no nearby neighbours, you are guaranteed peace, tranquillity and privacy on your vast terrace!
Complete with a pool and two sheltered tables and chairs, all enjoying the fabulous sea views, you’re spoilt for choice in this beautiful garden. Alongside the pool, you will also find a children’s play area, great for keeping the kids entertained while you relax and unwind!
As well as enjoying breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains and the distant sea, you’re also just a few minutes’ drives from the wonderful beaches of Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella and Cala Moli!
