Villa Lucrecia is a stylish home situated on Ibiza’s desirable south coast. The home is designed so that guests can overlook the gorgeous surrounding nature from anywhere and everywhere.
The home offers magnificent views over the shimmering beach of Es Cubells and the striking island of Formentera as well as 24-hour security. It boasts a large grey stone driveway that is lit up by lights emblazoned onto the walls.
Villa Lucrecia has a plethora of outdoor spaces to relax in and explore. An outdoor pool lies in between neat green lawns and next to a bubbling sunken hot-tub, a terrace boasts a stylish dining area for up to eight and daybeds placed poolside provide the ultimate relaxation. Elsewhere in the garden, an elegant man-made pond sits beside an artistic bamboo chair and a winding tree makes the centrepiece in a tiny pebble garden. A lot of thought has gone into tastefully designing the outdoor areas.
The interior of the home is just as elegant and contemporary as the outside and possesses plenty of space to wander and relax in. The living area is cosy and pristine with sliding doors covering the wall to provide inspiring vistas over the island. The adjacent dining area has seating for eight and is a lovely alternative to eating al fresco, if the mood strikes you.
Three of the home’s bedrooms are situated on the first floor so offer even more vivid views of the surroundings. They all boast private en-suites and air conditioning to maximize comfort.The pretty village of Es Cubells seems to be stuck in time, which only adds to its inviting charm. The timeless village is only a 15-minute drive away from the home and is worth visiting for its untouched landscapes and buildings, completely undisturbed by the rest of the ‘party’ island.

The Church of Es Cubells was built in the nineteenth century and remains one of the key landmarks of the village. The small church seats around eighty people and boasts a quaint church organ. At the back of the church, you can really take in the stunning views over the sparkling sea and wider surrounding nature. Visiting here will leave you refreshed and revitalised as this church is ideal for enjoying quiet contemplation.
