Villa Raiz is a gorgeous modern home with a lovely whitewashed exterior and a garden full of flourishing fruit trees and vibrant flowering bushes. The home benefits from a contemporary Ibicenco style and sits only five minutes away from Ibiza Town and all of its attractions.
Guests will adore swimming in the glistening private pool that offers glorious views over the surrounding countryside. Sun loungers placed poolside provide a wonderful day spot to enjoy the sunshine from and an outdoor dining area for six sits under the sheltered veranda. Eating al fresco will be an irresistible option here. The garden is full of plenty of attractive indigenous nature.
The home’s interior possesses a minimalistic style livened up by modern wall art and house plants and flowers. The large living area comes complete with a cosy fireplace and a comfy l-shaped sofa. In this room, guests can also enjoy a complete home entertainment system which includes a television, DVD player and a sound system.
The bedrooms continue the minimalist theme with bursts of bright colours and possess plenty of space to unwind in during the evenings.
Villa Raiz is situated only a minute away from the pretty village of Jesus and offers brilliant views over the beautiful Dalt Vila.Villa Raiz is located in the quaint and picturesque village of Jesus and is situated just five minutes away from Ibiza Town. Jesus is a residential village with a plethora of lovely dining options, though the village is lovely to simply just walk around.
The village is known for being home to some of the world’s wealthiest who live up high in the hills in what’s known as “millionaires row.” The Church of Nostra Mare de Jesus is one of the village’s most famous features and is worth seeing for its years of culture and history.
The whitewashed parish church dates all the way back to the mid 15th century and is truly a spectacular work of art and piece of history. It’s most striking feature is the altarpiece, which consists of twenty-five painted panels depicting the life of Mary. The altar was painted by Spanish Renaissance painter Rodrigo de Osona.
Bon Lloc in the village of Jesus is one of the options for dining. It is one of the oldest restaurants on the island and provides a delectable breakfast, lunch and dinner. The venue is usually full of locals so you know it’s good!
The Mediterranean menu consists of a range of tasty tapas and fresh fish.
