The living, relaxing, dining and catering areas of this villa flow effortlessly into one another, with the super-modern kitchen fitted out with the very best appliances.
The six bedrooms are located across both floors, all with luxury en-suite bathrooms. The master suite is particularly boastful, with fabulous decoration, breath-taking views from the private terrace, dressing room, wet-room style shower and bathtub close enough to the floor-ceiling window to admire the view as you soak. It’s all, quite deservingly, yours. 
There are a further three double en-suite rooms and another two double rooms, which share a bathroom. The restrained décor, marble floors and neutral tones throughout Villa Simona create an indulgent, chilled-out atmosphere which is, unbelievably, surpassed once you step outside.
Flanked either side by perfect lawned gardens, the view from your upper terrace stretches as far as Formentera Island. The expanse of the Mediterranean Sea in front of you slows everything down, and you can’t help but admire it.
Take the impressive set of pure white steps all the way down to your lower terrace to discover your simply huge and stunning private pool.Carving a unique shape out of your cubist sun terrace, this fabulous pool and play-space are all yours for bathing, swimming, relaxing and partying. 
Move up a few steps to reach your jacuzzi, which cascades down into the pool creating a waterfall feature. Beyond this, you’ll find a vibrant, chill-out seating area. It’s just waiting for you, your family and friends to gather, and raise a glass in celebration of amazing times together at Villa Simona.
A magnificent and contemporary al fresco dining area is found within the gardens, off to one side of the pool terrace. This elaborate corner of the estate enjoys one of the most uninterrupted views of the sea. Complete with the outdoor lighting and sound system, you can create pure Ibiza magic here at Villa Simona.
As well as undeniable privacy, seclusion and security, you’re just a few minutes’ drives away from Cap Martinet’s and Talamanca’s restaurants, destination bars and beach clubs. For history, sightseeing and shopping, Ibiza Town are very close-by.This fantastic house is set in the desirable village of Cap Martinet. Luxurious and quiet, this excellent corner of the island features a pristine sandy bay; Cala Roja, and an abundance of quality restaurants and bars.
A happy balance is struck here, with Cap Martinet enjoying a relaxed, chilled-out atmosphere but with plenty to distract yourself if you’re after fun or adventure.
Talamanca is another great beach to explore. Just a short distance down the coast, it’s family-friendly with plenty of facilities, water-sports, and of course, beach clubs and bars. You are in Ibiza, after all. You’re also within easy reach of Jesus and Ibiza Town.
Jesus, the smaller of the two resorts, still offers an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and one of the prettiest and lesser-known Ibiza beaches. Playa S’Estanyol has pebbles rather than sand but is never busy, even in the summer. A wooden walkway takes you into the sea for swimming and snorkelling. Bliss.
Ibiza Town’s old quarter; dating back two-thousand-five-hundred years, is a UNESCO world heritage site and its fortified walls are packed with fascinating relics, old streets and historic buildings.
Shopping for high fashion couldn’t be more indulgent than at Ibiza Marina. Fashion-leading designer boutiques line the waterfront, looking out at sleek-looking yachts moored in the marina. In the evening, after visiting pre-club bars, party-goers flock to this iconic corner of Ibiza Town for world-class DJs and nightclubs.
