Here you can enjoy endless hours sunbathing between refreshing dips in the villa’s attractive heated infinity pool. The property is only a short drive to some of Mallorca’s most popular beaches and the amazing city of Palma, should you wish to pop back into the real world for a bit.
Internally, echoes of this spectacular location are evident, in the light and bright décor with splashes of colours and a great combination of furnishings, rugs and neutral fabrics. The comfortable open plan lounge/dining area boasts ample sofa space with, TV, surround sound system adjoining the dining room that comfortably seats 12. Perfect for inside dining with perfect views. The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances, island, plasma TV and patio doors lead directly out to the furnished, comfortable terrace.
Also, on this floor, you will find a fitness room, private cinema room with bar and football table, perfect for hours of family entertainment. Smooth floors and polished wood look out through floor-to-ceiling windows onto the stone pillared arches of the sunny terrace with large chill-out sun loungers for extra comfort.

All six bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, Bose sound system and ensuite bathrooms; the seventh bathroom is communal and located on the ground floor. Extra facilities include; parking space for six cars, laundry room, safe, gas barbecue, wifi and pool heating at an extra cost.
Externally virtually every point of the terrace and garden area has uninterrupted views over the bay of Port d’Andratx. It is truly an idyllic scene and can be appreciated not only from the private infinity swimming pool and garden but also from the inside of this luxury property. Whilst the indoor living areas offer space for family and friends to relax and socialise; it is the outdoor living space that wins the hearts and minds of our guests.Port Andratx (3.2 km away) – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port, but it is also a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar.
Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.
Cala Llamp (4.8 km away) – Tucked around the corner from Port d’Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It’s probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.
Palma City (33.4 km) – Palma is Mallorca’s vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island’s population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene.
