Surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan countryside, Villa Anabelle is a tranquil 4-bedroom villa which benefits from lots of sun. Spend your days by the pool or on the stunning roof terrace, which gets the best of the views, including spectacular sunsets.
A covered terrace gives you a spot to get some shade while you dine, and lots of reclining sun loungers are available for you to take up residence poolside. The 9.8 x 4.6m pool is surrounded by well-kept lawns which offer plenty of space for children to play. A barbecue and table tennis table are also provided.The house is located close to the pretty town of Pollença, and its port, so it’s just a short drive to the beach or one of the town’s many excellent restaurants. On your return, the roof terrace is perfect for evening drinks, with its long-ranging views out to the Tramuntana mountains.
Inside, a modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you could need, including a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A dining area has double doors leading straight out to the gardens and forms part of the open-plan space with the living area. Here, you have TV, a seating area and corner fireplace, and plenty of natural light streaming in.
Two twin bedrooms look out on the gardens on the ground floor, and a wooden staircase leads you up to another twin and the master bedroom featuring oak wood furnishings and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor and a further shower room upstairs.
The north-eastern region of Mallorca has beautiful beaches and historic towns nearby, including Pollença and Alcúdia. You will find it easy to lose yourself in Pollença’s maze of timeless narrow streets and appealing squares, where bars and restaurants serve up some tempting local specialities. From Alcúdia, you can take a boat trip, go golfing or admire the medieval walls which encircle the centre.Pollença is an attractive town in north-east Mallorca, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The neighbouring port lies to the north and has one of the area’s best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity.Just down the coast, Alcúdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. There are activities for all ages in Alcúdia, with a water-park for the children and a popular golf course just outside the town.Many beautiful places can be found in the surrounding area, such as the Natural Park S’Albufera, the largest of its kind in the Balearics.
