The location of this cute and charming villa is absolutely brilliant. It is right on the waterfront at Cap d’Artrutx (Cala en Bosch), Menorca with its own wonderful terrace and garden leading straight onto the water through a little shingle path. It is so easy to access the sea from the swimming platforms. It is the perfect destination for up to 4 guests with its double and twin bedrooms. Cap d’Artrutx, on the southwestern tip of Menorca, is a quieter location at the entrance to the fabulous Cala en Bosch, with views over to the neighbouring Mallorca. Cala en Bosch has a wide variety of bars and restaurants and a wonderful marina. You can just sit and watch the world go by! Villa Teo is newly decorated in the beautiful, calming, typical Menorcan blue and white colours. It is stunning with wonderful features. This is a villa for lovers of the sea, the location being unbeatable. The garden is so beautiful with lush Mediterranean planting, a fabulous pool, modern lounge furniture and sunbeds, deck chairs, drinks area, a shower, covered dining area, outside kitchen area, a hammock and views to die for! It is unlikely that you will want to spend much time actually inside the villa. There are so many choices of where to sit to pick up that holiday read! Everything is so modern and contemporary yet so comfortable too. You will immediately feel at home. The villa is so stylishly decorated inside and out. It is a haven of peace and seclusion. It is built all on one level with the open-plan living, dining, kitchen area leading to fabulous bedrooms – one double which leads directly to the terrace and one twin. It is a wonderfully light and airy villa with light streaming in. The shared bathroom is very modern and tasteful with a super-powerful shower. Villa Teo really is a lovely, secluded destination for a small family or friends within easy reach of wonderful entertainment on the fabulous island of Menorca.Cala en Bosch has plenty to do for families and couples. It is approximately 45-50 minutes from the airport and 10km from the beautiful old city of Ciutadella, which is reachable by a regular bus service if you do not want to hire a car. There are some lovely restaurants, mainly around the marina area and some shops and local stalls in the evening. You can take boat trips during the day, that is, if you want to leave the lovely sandy beach. There are several diving facilities in the area. You can view some amazing sunsets from the Cap d’Artrutx Lighthouse. Ciutadella is just 20 minutes from the villa on the west coast and is known as ‘Vella I Belli’ (‘Old and Beautiful’). It is Menorca’s second city with a picturesque port and an engaging old quarter lined with grand gold-tinged buildings. The medieval streets are filled with palaces, churches and fortresses as well as wonderful restaurants and bars. Placa d’es Born is one of the most picturesque squares in Ciutadella.
It is a delight to explore. Waterside dining can be found at the port. If you get there early enough, you can watch the fishermen bringing in the local catch of the day. You can also catch a ferry from here to Alcudia in Mallorca. Ciutadella celebrates its local festival on 23 and 24 June each year, and the party is one of the most spectacular festivals in Menorca.  Beaches are gorgeous at Cala Pregonda, Cami de Cavalls, Cala del Pilar, Cala Macarelleta and Playa de Son Bou as well as many others. You can arrange a jeep safari to visit dazzling and exclusive locations accessible via private rural tracks or take a catamaran to view the rugged coastline as well as the breathtaking beaches.  Of course, most visitors want to sample some paella and sangria on their holiday, and there are plenty of opportunities!At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
