Approaching the villa you are greeted by wrought iron gates which open to the winding gravel driveway leading up to the entrance of the open courtyard.
An arched oak door opens into the cobblestone courtyard and into the exceptional main hallway. Guests are with fabulous views of surrounding hillsides and valleys.
Sumptuously and elegantly designed throughout with a wealth of beams, cooling terracotta tiles, Mediterranean pastel coloured walls painted in Tierra Florestinas style the villas offers a  sublimely and calm atmosphere.
The ground floor comprises of a stunning lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and 4 bedrooms. An additional master bedroom is located on the first floor with a private upper sun terrace. This is the ideal spot to take in the magnificent views towards the ancient Castell de Santuiri and distant sea.
The outside grounds of the villa boast even more wonderful features. Set in colourful mature gardens the winding pathways meandering through the lawns to various attractive areas providing their own unique charms. Take a welcomed break from the summer sun and enjoy a siesta under the relaxing shaded area by scented pines.
The refreshing crystal clear eco swimming pool is chlorine free with an alluring titled dolphin design. The pool is easy to access for all guests via the roman steps. To one side of the curved pool is the brick built BBQ with covered side terrace and dining area.
The Scandinavian sauna and heated Jacuzzi offer an added touch of luxury and decadence to the stay, making sure you’ll never want to leave.
The surrounding gardens are filled with beautiful smelling citrus, almond, banana trees, herbs, exotic shrubs and Mediterranean plants not to mention the vineyard and olive grove.

Along with vast promenades and marina, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala D’or all offer a vast and eclectic selection of places to eat, drink and relax, as well as offering some wonderful family friendly beaches. 
For nature lovers, a holiday in Mallorca presents the perfect opportunity to view the abundance of nature that Mallorca is renowned for. Cycle trails, which take you from the beachfront to the mountainside, are an excellent way to view the island. Bicycles are available to hire locally from around €8 to €20 per day.
Just a short drive away from your villa you will find the ‘Parc Natural de S’Albufera’, a wildlife reserve housing thousands of wild plant and bird species.
