This unique property is set on the Puerto Alcudia beach with its own swimming pool and garden. Villa Lucia is perfect for groups of families or friends with a main house and an annex. With the beautiful sandy beach and turquoise waters of the sea on your doorstep you couldn’t ask for much more! There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a stroll away from the villa or you can enjoy the privacy of your own property.  
The main house is elegant and open with a large living and dining area opening through large sliding doors to the outside space, so you can take your pick of eating inside or out. Adjacent to the dining area is a modern kitchen with all the amenities to cook up your own Spanish inspired meals. Doors open to the pool area, so you’re never too far to grab yourself a little aperitif! Upstairs there are three elegant bedrooms all with their own ensuite. The master bedroom looks directly onto the beach, with a large terrace from which you can enjoy the view.
The annex has the original small kitchenette with a simple seating area. There are two further double bedrooms, with the front bedroom once again being spoiled with stunning views of the ocean. Between the two buildings is the magnificent 10 x 10m pool, making for a very sociable space to enjoy the days and evenings together.

Attracting visitors from far afield, the popular weekly market in Pollensa is a particular delight and takes place every Sunday morning in the town’s main square. Offering up an abundance of regional goods and produce, from fruit and vegetables to antiques and handicrafts, the market also provides a good reason to sit in one of the many bars or cafes and have some tasty tapas and thirst-quenching refreshments.
