This delightful 3-bedroom villa is located in the sought-after area of La Font in between the historic town of Pollensa and the coastal town of Puerto Pollensa and offers guests the perfect holiday villa in Mallorca.
Using traditional Mallorquin stone, this original farmhouse has plenty of character throughout with high wooden-beamed ceilings, window shutters and antique furniture. Although traditional in style, there are many modern convivences which help to create a comfortable holiday home.
Enter through the main door and into the pleasing open-plan living and dining room with a double-height ceiling helping to create plenty of space and a glorious central fireplace. On this floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Head up the staircase to the mezzanine floor where you will find a second lounge area complete with comfy sofas, TV and PlayStation 2, perfect for the kids to enjoy. The master bedroom is spacious and comes complete with a walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
Head outside to appreciate the Mallorcan sunshine. The enclosed and private garden offers guests plenty of space to relax. The large private swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off on those hot days. Alternatively relax on one of the sun loungers or under the pergola or play a round of table tennis. Uniquely there is a bird aviary in the corner of the garden!!
By evening cook up a feast with fresh ingredients from the Pollensa market on the barbecue and dine al fresco under the covered dining area as you watch the sun down.

Offering up an abundance of regional goods and produce, from fruit and vegetables to antiques and handicrafts, the market also provides a good reason to sit in one of the many bars or cafes and have some tasty tapas and thirst-quenching refreshments.
Along with vast promenades and marina, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala D’or all offer a vast and eclectic selection of places to eat, drink and relax, as well as offering some wonderful family friendly beaches.  For nature lovers, a holiday in Mallorca presents the perfect opportunity to view the abundance of nature that Mallorca is renowned for. Cycle trails, which take you from the beachfront to the mountainside, are an excellent way to view the island. Bicycles are available to hire locally from around €8 to €20 per day.
