Villa Teresa is a beautiful Mallorcan villa surrounded by glorious views across the verdant countryside with olive and almond groves towards the distant mountains. The single story villa is set on an elevated position allowing for far reaching views of the surrounding area.
The villa is an ideal choice for families with young children given the multiple number of amenities close by. The cosmopolitan town of Puerto Pollença is only a short drive away and there are golf courses, tennis clubs, a water park to be explored, as well as plenty of fun family activities in the nearby area.
The villa can accommodate 6 guests in 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms with 2 family bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living and dining area.
The outside grounds at Villa Teresa are fabulous with a mosaic tiled swimming pool posing as the main feature. The pool is surrounded by lawned gardens, ideal for children to play on, and ample space for sunbathing on the reclining sun beds. There is a large covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, and a large barbecue for grilling fresh fish and produce from the local market.
The poolside terrace is gated and can be closed and locked when necessary to provide a more secure and safer environment for children around the pool.

Along with vast promenades and marina, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala D’or all offer a vast and eclectic selection of places to eat, drink and relax, as well as offering some wonderful family friendly beaches.
For nature lovers, a holiday in Mallorca presents the perfect opportunity to view the abundance of nature that Mallorca is renowned for. Cycle trails, which take you from the beachfront to the mountainside, are an excellent way to view the island. Bicycles are available to hire locally from around €8 to €20 per day.
