This modern family villa sits on the beautiful East coast of Mallorca, just a stone’s throw away from the white sandy beaches and the picturesque the Mediterranean Sea. Sleeping six guests comfortably, there is plenty of room for families and friends to spend quality time together.
Featuring a modern interior Villa Tulipan boasts a large open plan kitchen and living area with spacious windows and a patio to the garden. The kitchen has excellent facilities, including a family sized table which is perfect for large gatherings.
Moving from the kitchen, the relaxing décor of the living space welcomes you in and provides a warming atmosphere to lounge in. Also downstairs is a twin bedroom featuring an en-suite and a large wardrobe, so there is no need to pack light.
Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto the huge balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. With plenty of seating, the balcony offers a shady retreat to spend lazing afternoons with a cold glass of wine.
The master en-suite includes a luxury walk-in shower and modern fittings. The final twin bedroom is also on the upper floor along with the family bathroom. With a handy bathtub, it is ideal for children after sandy days on the beach!  
A favourite aspect of the Villa is it’s spacious terrace and beautiful garden. The patio has a large barbeque area and is partially covered for those wanting a little shade. The manicured lawn is lovely to walk barefoot on, before putting your feet up on a sun lounger and relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.
The large trees provide shade throughout the day and Privacy for the whole Villa. If you’re are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun, imagine waking up in your private villa, walking straight to the beach before taking a refreshing swim in the sea, and then drying off as you walk along the white sandy beach back to your sunny terrace.

The villa is located a short 25-minute drive from the charming town of Pollensa. The famous weekly market is a particular delight and takes place every Sunday morning in the town’s main square.
Offering up an abundance of local goods and produce, from fruit and vegetables to antiques and handicrafts, the market also provides a good reason to sit in one of the many bars or cafes and have some tasty tapas and thirst-quenching refreshments.
Along with broad promenades and marina, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala D’or all offer a vast and eclectic selection of places to eat, drink and relax, as well as providing some wonderful family-friendly beaches.  
For nature lovers, a holiday in Mallorca presents the perfect opportunity to view the abundance of nature that Mallorca is renowned for. Cycle trails, which take you from the beachfront to the mountainside, are an excellent way to see the island.
