This stylish, modern villa in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range has everything you need to indulge and recharge during your stay on the delightful island of Mallorca.
As you arrive at the villa notice ample parking space at the main entrance and a fabulous dining area, perfect for an alfresco lunch! Inside, the kitchen is large and well equipped, complete with everything you could need to rustle up a Mediterranean delight – and even a coffee maker! The kitchen opens out onto a second lovely dining table in the great open plan living area, complete with a complementary mixture of modern and antique furniture. On this ground floor there is also one double bedroom, equipped with an ensuite.
On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom enjoys a warm and cosy feeling, with fabulous wooden beams stretching across the ceiling of each. From this floor there is a second sun terrace enjoying views over the nearby mountains and the gorgeous garden.
Finally, dive through the wonderful wooden double-doors from the living room and explore the garden area: with a great 8×4 metre pool and a gorgeous sun terrace stretching in all directions from the house, including out to a large tree, providing plenty of shade for those hot summer days. Whether you want to relax in one of the many pool loungers or break a sweat on the ping pong table – all you have to do is make a decision, it’s all available in this luxurious Mallorcan villa in the mountains. Make the most of the warm days with a barbeque on the terrace and sip a glass of wine in one of the shaded wicker chairs.
Walking distance to the gorgeous town of Pollensa and just 6km from the beach, you have everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing break in the sunshine in style, both onsite and off!Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Just 400m away, the town of Pollensa itself will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised
