Each of the three double bedrooms is on this floor also, all complete with an ensuite and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and all displaying the same tasteful style as the vibrant living area. Ivory and wood, built-in wardrobes and unique bed frames are just a few of the beautiful touches that set this property apart. The bathrooms are all incredibly modern and fresh, with traditional Mallorcan décor.
And finally, the jewel in the crown of this magnificent property: the garden. Complete with orange-, lemon-, grapefruit-, almond- and fig-trees, the land expands to the horizon, offering a vast area of space in which to explore, sunbathe and unwind.
Indeed, you are truly spoilt for choice – from the stunning sun terrace on which to sit back and soak up the sun, to a range of covered terraces, complete with kitchenette including a wood oven, barbeque, dining table and ceiling fans, to which you can retire to escape the midday heat and enjoy an al fresco lunch, both enjoying a view overlooking the pool and lawn! The pool itself is ideally placed to savour the sun all day long, and you’re likely to need a dip to cool off after breaking a sweat on the table tennis or the exercise bike, also available on the terrace.

When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Less than 2km away, the town of Pollensa itself will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised.
