Nestled in the Valle de Ternelles and surrounded by wild flowers, this stunning four-bedroom property enjoys spectacular views over the nearby mountains and (on good days!) all the way to the sea! 
The entrance to the villa crosses through the delightful garden. The grounds seem to spread into the horizon, with little paths crisscrossing through the lawn, on which sits a great ping pong table. The pool is perfectly placed to catch the sun all day long, so if you just can’t get enough of the exceptional Mallorcan weather, you can indulge here to your heart’s content! Or if you’d rather retire to the shade every now and then – you’ll be right at home too, with a fabulous sheltered dining area allowing you to indulge in the warm, sunny days without the intensity of the sunshine! The BBQ sits just beside the house so you can throw the perfect summer’s BBQ and still nip in and out of the house at will.
Rustic stone walls run throughout the interior of the villa, creating a perfectly traditional, typical Mallorcan style – completed by the great wooden beams which stretch from room to room and the high-quality wooden furniture. Small archways connect each room to the other, creating a particularly cosy atmosphere in this otherwise large, spacious property.  The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary high-quality mod cons, stretches all the way to another finely decorated dining area, complete with large dresser.
On this floor there is also one double bedroom and a bathroom. The other three bedrooms can be found on the first-floor, alongside two further bathrooms. These rooms are decorated in a traditional style, in-keeping with the style of the rest of the property, and have large windows to allow the sunlight and warmth of the Spanish weather to flood into the room.
At less than 1km to the nearest town, amenities, entertainment and traditional Spanish culture are all just a short stroll away! Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Just 800 metres away, the town of Pollensa itself will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised.
