Villa Alliss is a traditional manor house in the Mallorcan countryside, situated on top of a hill with spectacular views of the bay of Pollenca and the Serra Tramuntana. Surrounded by native trees and farm animals, this villa has a truly magical feel to it, with plenty to explore it is ideal for large families with children.
The property is spacious throughout, with high ceilings and traditional features offering a grandeur to the villa. With six bedrooms spread over two floors there is plenty of room to spread out. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall and an open plan living/dining area, as well as the kitchen. These spaces are perfect for socialising as a group whilst catching glimpses of the beautiful outdoors through the windows. There are two twin bedrooms and one double on the ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. As you head up to the first floor, there is a further large, en-suite double bedroom, as well as two twin bedrooms in the loft. The loft rooms are better suited to younger children as there is limited head room.
Villa Alliss is a popular property for bringing all the generations together, from grandparents to grandchildren, Kids (and adults!) will not get bored here with so much entertainment available: pool/snooker table, foosball, ping pong table, board games, farm animals and a heated pool are just some of the hits with the kids. The circular swimming pool is ideal for cooling off in the warm climate, allowing your worries to melt away. There is space for outdoor dining and cooking under the covered terraces, Villa Alliss truly offers something for the whole family in the romance and beauty of the Mallorcan countryside!The property is located just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
