This immaculate villa is situated in the beautiful and upmarket residential area of Crestatx, on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. Only a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vincenc, Villa Jade is a great choice.
Set among a well-maintained garden filled with palm and pine trees, this villa can sleep up to 8 guests in 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. With 3 storeys offering plenty of space and comfort, Villa Jade also has a games room with a bar, pool table, poker table, TV and DVD player located on the lower ground level.
Head outside and enjoy the large private swimming pool with plenty of seating areas, both in and out of the sun. It is the perfect place to relax on your villa holiday. If that is not enough, there is also a jacuzzi to enjoy and a unique Scandinavian barbecue cabin for up to 8 people tucked away at the end of the garden.

Found in the quiet area of Crestax and surrounded by an abundance of natural countryside, this is the perfect location for a peaceful holiday on Mallorca’s beautiful northern coast. Sa Pobla is close by as is Pollensa.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
