This villa in Mallorca set in the beautiful countryside just outside the historic town of Pollensa offers fantastic views and plenty of charm for your next holiday to the Balearic Islands.
Open and airy, the spacious villa is filled with beautiful décor, comfortable furnishings and an abundance of light. The open, modern kitchen offers plenty of prep space, with doors leading out to a terrace for al fresco dining. Four air-conditioned bedrooms sleep eight comfortably, two of which include en suite baths.
Both the lounge and dining room conveniently open to the covered terrace, where a BBQ grill and lovely dining table makes this a popular mealtime spot. Out on the manicured lawn, a Roman-style pool beckons on hot days, with plenty of sun loungers available for the whole crew.
The historic town of Pollensa, with its stone houses and winding streets, is home to rich culture and a thriving arts and local food scene. The Sunday morning market, Placa Major, and the 13th century parish church are a must see. And of course, the renowned turquoise blue waters, beautiful coves, and sandy beaches of Mallorca are ready to be explored in nearby Puerto Pollenca, just 6km away. The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
