This beautiful villa is conveniently located close to the old town of Pollensa and also the beach area of Puerto Pollensa. Situated in a rural area, the villa is surrounded by countryside and has pretty private gardens to roam.
The interior of the villa is furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style with high beam ceilings providing a feeling of light and space throughout, but most noticeably in the lounge and dining room area.
Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which is ensuite and opens out to the swimming pool and luscious garden. The final bedroom is on the first floor and has it’s own ensuite and private terrace.
The large gardens are where you will spend the majority of your holiday, soaking up the warm Mallorca sunshine. Dine alfresco under the pergola, enjoying freshly cooked food from the barbecue.
Take a dip in the refreshing private pool when the need arises, having fun with the little ones or enjoying a drink. With plenty of space in the mature gardens, you won’t struggle to find a spot to soak up the sunshine.
Should you wish to venture out of the villa, you will quickly find the old town of Pollensa or just as easily find the beach too. Both are ideal for family days out with plenty to see and do.The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
