Colourful décor and terracotta tiling extend throughout this traditional farmhouse. The lounge and dining area are warm and inviting, with exposed beams and modern amenities including satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern upgrades too, with plenty of counter space for prepping meals.
Begin mornings serenely with breakfast under the pergola terrace, covered by a lush canopy of foliage and overlooking the garden and countryside beyond. Spend the day soaking up sun by the private pool. In the evenings, the covered porch with a built-in BBQ and dining for six is the perfect place for sharing meals and local wine.
Five guests will sleep soundly in three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Of the two bathrooms, one is en suite with a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.
Just over 1km from the villa, explore the local market, cafes and cobblestone streets of old town Pollensa. The Pollensa golf course is just a seven-minute drive, and for beach-goers, the Puerto Pollensa Resort is 12 minutes away! Despite its rural setting, the villa is just a short walk from the charming and historic old town of Pollensa with its beautiful cobbled streets and fantastic cafes and restaurants.
