Casa Zaran enjoys a wonderfully convenient location and is a newly and completely reformed villa right in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just 420 metres from the lovely beach of Cala Molins and all local amenities. The villa is modern and has a lovely open plan L shaped lounge dining area, with doors out to the terrace, and leads on to the fully equipped modern kitchen which looks out onto the furnished rear terrace and private swimming pool. The bedrooms feature air conditioning and are comfortable, bright and have fitted wardrobes.
From the front terrace you enter into the main lounge area and from the lounge there is access to a double bedroom with en suite full bathroom and a twin room also with en suite shower room. Stairs lead down to a further bedroom at ground floor level also with en suite shower facilities. The rear terrace has a beautiful new swimming pool with a shallow shelf of 0.3 metres and a deep end of 1.9 mts approx. The swimming pool is perfect for families with small children as it has a paddling part before going deeper.

It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering for tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.
Pollensa – just 6 km away Villa Ricardo is location between the towns of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul.
Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.
Puerto Pollensa just 8 km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the sea front that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hussle and bussle of the south coast resorts.
