This incredible living room has space for all the group to gather in style! The kitchen, lounge and dining area are all connected in a fabulously spacious, open-plan design, with a rustic vibe exuding through the vaulted ceilings and vintage furniture. There are two large sofas before the fireplace and TV, with a sparkling polished wooden dining table alongside it. Three sets of patio doors ensure the room is brilliantly bright and welcoming, whilst offering immediate access to your exquisite garden. The kitchen is equally spacious and very well-equipped, perfect for preparing a delicious meal for the whole group to enjoy, inside or out!
There are three majestic bedrooms, all located on this same ground floor. There are two double rooms and one twin room, all with ornate beds and the same rustic, charming style as the rest of the villa with wooden beams stretching across the ceiling and exposed interior stone walls. The master suite includes a stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink, while the other two rooms share a dazzling shower room with a large rain shower.
You can enjoy many an hour of sunshine and fun outside on your wonderful terrace. Immediately outside the house, there is a beautiful alfresco dining area. Take your place under the protective canopy and indulge in an unforgettable meal with countryside views! And venture a little further through your immense garden to discover this breath-taking pool, stretching for 15 meters across with a grand roman steps entrance!
Loungers line one side for a glamorous sunbathing spot, while there’s a cosy chill-out zone to another side under a picturesque canopy. Villa Campanet could hardly be better placed to soak up the atmosphere of traditional Mallorca and to access its rural lifestyle. Tucked at the foot of the Caves of Campanet, you can enjoy one of the best, most underrated tourist attractions on the island, taking you on a journey through 10 million years of geological history!
The picturesque village of Campanet, less than 10 minutes away, is tucked right at the heart of the island and is a tranquil, beautiful spot for a coffee or delicious meal.
Just over 5km to the south lies the town of Sa Pobla, complete with supermarkets, restaurants, horse-riding trips and even paintballing! And 15km north, just the other side of the mountains, the town of Pollensa itself will provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th-century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops, and large sections of the town are pedestrianised.
Your nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is around 25 minutes away, and offers dazzling turquoise seas, incredible views across the mountains in the distance, and glistening white sands!
