Villa Fiona is a charming, romantic villa located nearby the bay of Pollensa. The house itself is about 100 years old, with the estate having been owned and cared for by a Mallorcan family ever since the house was built.
The property has a dreamy appeal to it, from the moment you arrive, with a beautiful cobbled yard surrounded by plants and greenery making you feel relaxed from the moment you approach it. Villa Fiona is a large, spacious property, the external façade is softened by terraces featuring vine-covered bowers, where you can shelter from the Spanish heat. On the ground floor, you will find an enchanting dining area with a large corner fireplace, a kitchen and a larder with access to a small back yard. In this area, there is a simple bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. As you walk up to the gallery, there is a lounge, furnished comfortably, with another fireplace and sofas, the ideal spot to find a private moment, with a fantastic view over the landscape. There is also a small house bar and a desk with books and games for your use. From this space, a staircase going down, leads to three beautiful double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house, compared to its age, seems fresh, light and airy.
Outside, there are some small stables which incorporate a shower and toilet, a covered barbecue and an old, still working oven. A carport is available at the side of the house. The terraces are relaxed and beautiful, boasting the large private swimming pool, table tennis, space for outdoor dining and sun loungers, all surrounded with native trees and nature. Villa Fiona offers ample space to socialise as a group and find time to yourself, all in beautiful surroundings.  
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
