The topography is unforgettable at this villa in Mallorca, where you’ll stay perched on a hill above the beach, only a stone’s throw away from the blue Balearic sea. Modern upgrades abound here, from the jetted tub with a view to the infinity pool that seemingly slips off the side of the hill. You’ll have nothing to worry about on your villa holiday, as maid service is provided, and pantry essentials (bread, milk, tea and coffee) will be here waiting for you.
Within easy walking distance (1 km) is the resort town of Cala Sant Vicenç, known for secluded beaches and dramatic cliffs. Even beginners can learn to scuba dive in the relatively shallow bay, where you’ll find rabbitfish, scorpion fish, and brightly-colored wrasse. Two of the beaches, Cala Molins and Cala Barques, have lifeguards on duty.
For sightseeing and an excellent Sunday market, visit the nearby town of Pollença. Here the 365 Calvari Steps are a main attraction, climb all the way up for an incredible view of this medieval town surrounded by hills. Pollença has more restaurant options at La Gola beach.
