Lively, colourful and incredibly airy, this stunning five-bed villa provides the perfect getaway in the countryside! Peace and tranquillity permeate through every inch of this property, from the living space bathed in natural light, to the individually designed bathrooms to the delightful flower displays around the veranda. The exterior grounds themselves are monumental. A vast private pool and lawn give way to a simply stunning veranda coated in beautiful flowers, surrounded by bright trees and creating a real sense of life and joy. And the airy outdoors are invited inside through the many sets of French doors and large windows. Furthermore, all rooms are air conditioned for your comfort, and you can always take a dip in the pool to cool off even quicker! The open plan living space is wonderfully decorated with a range of elegant and comfortable furniture, while the fully wood-panelled kitchen is lovely, and truly traditional – in-keeping with the country-house ambience of the whole property.
This property can accommodate up to ten people, with three bedrooms on the ground floor, and two on the first. The double bedroom on the ground floor is a sight to behold, with direct access to the garden through another great set of French doors. And both luxurious bedrooms upstairs have balconies with views out over the Mallorcan countryside, and contain fabulous wood-panelled wardrobes, while one also has an ensuite.
The tranquillity of the property is incredible when you consider that it’s still just 7km to all the shops, bars and restaurants you could need in the local villages of Cas Concos and Santanyi, and indeed just a short journey to the coast, with all the entertainment options on offer here! From coves and beaches to marinas and National Parks, there’s something for everyone just 12km away! Just a short drive from the local town of Santanyi, this location is perfect for a rural getaway with easy access to all the necessary amenities – including bars, restaurants and supermarkets all just 7km away.
The town of Cala d’Or is also close by and is family friendly with tons of beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes. Catering for all ages, there really is something for everyone here. From a variety of water sports on offer along the beaches and a golf course nearby, to boat trips to the many incredible coves along the coast line.
