Villa Artina is a beautifully renovated property, offering a contemporary and fresh style throughout. Located on a quiet street, just 350 metres from the Cala Esmeralda beach and a 10-minute walk from the heart of Cala D’Or, the property offers a holiday oasis, in a fabulous location, perfect for large families. Distributed over two floors, Villa Artina boasts modern, tasteful furnishings throughout, with well-considered lighting and layouts. The ground floor offers an open-plan living/dining room with an open kitchen area, the space is bright and airy with doors providing access to the outdoors. On this floor there are four bedrooms; two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double and a further twin room that share a separate bathroom. An outside staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds together, an en-suite and living room with a sofa bed available for two children; the living room offers a second bathroom. This upper floor space would be ideal if you have several generations of a family travelling together. The interiors offer a balance of fashionable styles with comfort, creating a completely welcoming ambience that you can really settle into.As you step outside, the villa benefits from quite a private garden, with a desirable private swimming pool, perfect for children and adults alike. The covered terrace facilitates a barbecue area and a large outdoor dining table where you can dine al-fresco, perfect for socialising as a group, making the most of the warm Spanish climate. With Cala D’Or on your doorstep, with its charming cobbled streets and myriad of restaurants, shops and bars, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Located near Cala D’Or, a beautiful holiday destination on Mallorca’s southeast coast. Cala D’Or may have started life as a little fishing village, but these days it is a well-loved and admires resort that comes with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. The area blends the charm of cobbled streets and low-rise buildings with modern amenities, maintaining an authentic Spanish style. The marina with its resident superyachts, adds an aspect of glamour to the area. You have 7 beaches to visit in Cala D’Or, all small and romantic, secluded coves with clear water. Cala Gran is the biggest of the beaches, where you can find watersports and sunbeds.
