Villa Ferrera with a fabulous location in a rural and private position yet just 1km away from the entrance to the popular and cosmopolitan resort of Cala d’Or. The villa makes a fantastic choice for families with a variety of helpful amenities including shops and restaurants all set within walking distance.  
The homely villa can accommodate up to twelve guests across six spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a living and dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level are the first of the double bedrooms and a twin room, each complete with en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs, on the first floor are two further twin bedrooms as well as a double bedroom which boasts access to the upper sun terrace, each room again complete with en-suite bathroom. A luxury garden Casita is perfect for a couple in the group who are looking for a little more privacy, boasting a double bedroom, bathroom and separate living room.
Outside, the accommodation is just as magnificent, set amongst lush tropical gardens there is plenty of opportunity to relax in complete tranquillity. The private pool is the perfect spot from which to take a dip and cool down after a long day of exploring the sights of Mallorca. The covered terrace complete with dining facilities and barbecue are excellent for those wishing to make the most of the opportunity to dine al fresco while making the most of the Mallorca sunshine!Cala d’Or, known as the golden cove, offers a massive variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina, Porto Petit provides an even wider selection of bars and boutiques. The Vall d’Or Golf Course is also within 10 minutes drive, which is not only a great golf course, but also has a lovely restaurant if you fancy some lunch in the beautiful grounds. Palma de Mallorca airport is an hour away, the islands vibrant capital, Palma, makes an excellent day out with plenty to see and do.
