Stylish and sophisticated with a breath-takingly beautiful terrace space and exquisite modern interior, Casa Orada is a magnificent holiday home overlooking the Balearic Sea.
The main living area is spacious yet cosy, with perfectly warm and welcoming décor and even a fireplace, perfect for the cooler evenings. The sofas are huge, and all sit upon a plush cream carpet. From sleek and modern to antique and fascinating, the living areas offer a truly exciting and invigorating zone to relax in. The enormous, fitted kitchen is any budding chef’s dream! With two huge ovens, all the latest mod cons and a huge array of preparation space thanks to the massive central island. There is also a breakfast bar for social mornings spent cooking in the kitchen. The fabulous kitchen opens out to the large dining table with room for all the guests and more! Thanks to a number of vast patio doors, all the living areas are brightly lit and airy.
On the first floor there are all three bedrooms as well as an office area. Each of the three bedrooms is uniquely decorated to the same extremely high standard of quality and comfort. The master bedroom is indeed a master-piece: a wall of glass doors welcomes in the light and provides incredible views from the comfort of your own bed, and the spacious room contains a fabulous array of quality furniture. In all of the rooms, soothing colour palettes complement the finest furnishings, with tasteful décor and functional fittings. Two of the three bedrooms enjoy direct access to a sublime terrace, treating you to the magnificent views over the leafy surroundings and of course, the vibrant Balearic Sea! There is also a SAT TV in each of the rooms. Both bathrooms are bright and modern, with delightful stone and marble surfaces, and all the practical items you could need throughout your stay.
The exterior grounds are equally luxurious, with a multi-layered terrace area for all to enjoy, with all kinds of exotic plants and flowers adorning it! The first level, into which the ground-floor doors open, consists of a whole range of seating areas, from comfy sofas to a sublime covered dining area within the outdoor kitchen/BBQ zone! The brick built BBQ ensures you have plenty of options when it comes to preparing a meal. On the lower-level, lined by an array of interesting plants and comfortable sun loungers, the expansive infinity pool is the cherry on the cake of the wondrous terrace space, providing the perfect resting spot to admire the gorgeous views.
And Casa Orada is just a stone’s throw from the charming Port Andratx, a pictureseque Mediterranean port-town, and all its fabulous bars, restaurants and beaches! Casa Orada is located just outside the exclusive resort of Port Andratx. A fantastic harbour that benefits from a reputation for class, elegance and beauty – you will find a huge array of restaurants, bars and cafes in amongst this traditional fishing village. You can enjoy a view of the marina while sipping on locally produced wine, or a morning coffee, in one of the many harbour-side restaurants. Thanks to the popularity of Port Andratx many sandy beaches, active adventures and a multitude of spas and golf courses are all nearby! Palma itself, the capital of the town of Mallorca, teeming with art and culture, is just twenty minutes away by car.
