Villa Bruixola is an idyllic holiday retreat for groups of friends, families or couples. This villa is in the small, picturesque resort town of Cala Sant Vicenç, in north-eastern Mallorca, and is just minutes away from two beautiful sandy coves.
This bright and spacious villa is both modern and understated, with stylish but comfortable interiors. Split across multiple floors, this contemporary villa is sophisticatedly furnished throughout and benefits from air conditioning and complimentary wi-fi. The grand kitchen is fully fitted with all the amenities needed to prepare a wide variety of meals, enabling guests to cater with ease for even the fussiest of eaters!
The kitchen leads through to a large, open plan living and dining room, the perfect space for guests to socialise and spend time together. The dining table faces expansive French doors, giving guests the option to eat indoors with the benefit of a warm breeze, looking out at their beautiful surroundings. The living room is perfect for an evening of ultimate relaxation in a cosy setting, with a huge comfy corner sofa, log burner, and additional seating to luxuriate on whilst you take advantage of the flat-screen smart TV with satellite, a DVD player, and PlayStation 3.
Villa Bruixola boasts four spacious bedrooms in total, comprising of three double rooms and one twin room, making it ideal for groups of up to eight. Each bedroom boasts an en suite, walk-in shower room, so there will be no time wasted queuing for the bathroom in the morning! Each room houses a fitted wardrobe to store your belongings, as well as a comfortable bed to relax in at the end of the day. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies, perfect for watching the sun go down or to spend some quiet time by yourself.
Outside is a brick BBQ and covered dining table on the terrace, ideal for al fresco meals whilst taking in the scenery and enjoying the peace and quiet. A large, private pool takes centre-stage outside and is accompanied by sun loungers, parasols and beach towels, perfect for dipping in and out of the crystal-clear water. If that isn’t enough, what could be better on a summer’s evening than relaxing in a jacuzzi under the Mediterranean sun? Adjacent to the pool, sipping a cold drink in the warm jacuzzi is the ultimate luxury to finish the day with! One of the smallest resorts in Mallorca, Cala Sant Vicenç offers holidaymakers peace and tranquillity set against a dramatic background of rugged cliffs and crystal-clear seas. A pretty coastal village, Cala Sant Vicenç has two main sandy coves, Cala Barques and Cala Molins, which are under a 10-minute walk from Villa Bruixola. 
Cala Barques is a beautiful little cove with breath taking views of the cliffs in the surrounding area. A sandy beach with dreamy blue seas, it is perfect for a day of well-earned rest and relaxation. The waters here are incredibly clear, making it an idyllic spot for snorkelling or scuba diving, both of which are provided by local companies, as well as in Cala Molins.
Cala Molins is the larger beach of the two and is a popular choice for those who want to hire a sun lounger and spend the day soaking up the sunshine. With great views of the mountains in the distance, kayaks are available to tourists and provide a great opportunity to explore the surrounding cliffs. These beaches offer the ideal balance of fun and relaxation – the perfect day out for everyone.
Originally a fishing village, Cala Sant Vicenç has a variety of restaurants that serve delicious Mallorcan fish dishes at reasonable prices. As well as seafood restaurants, there are other eateries that offer tapas and other Mediterranean cuisine, with plenty to choose from for both adults and children. Many of the restaurants are situated on the water’s edge and provide a picture-perfect setting to sit back and relax whilst enjoying fresh, local produce, with views overlooking the bay.
There is a small selection of convenience stores in Cala Sant Vicenç, with the larger supermarkets located towards nearby town Port de Pollenca, for greater variety.  Port de Pollenca, around a 15-minute walk from Villa Bruixola, also holds a market selling fresh food, clothes and souvenirs every Wednesday morning, perfect for experiencing the local culture of the island and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.
Port de Pollenca offers a wide range of restaurants and bars, with its buzzy atmosphere proving popular with both local residents and tourists.  The beachfront is the main attraction, dramatically split into two different dimensions – the contemporary, commercial Port de Pollenca Beach, lined with holiday apartments and tourist shops, and the Pine Walk Promenade, an idyllic setting that sees the tranquil beach lined with traditional chalets and most strikingly, tall pine trees arching towards the sea.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
