There’s a double patio door right next to the lounge, leading out to your stunning garden and flooding the room with natural light. Right beside it is a wonderful dining area, where you can enjoy a meal prepared in your huge kitchen filled with all the latest mod cons in a modern design. There’s also a breakfast table in here for more casual meals and snacks. There is an additional lounge on the first floor, easily accessed from the master suite, with a set of sofas and chairs by the fireplace, looking out over the beautiful terrace and the sea-views in the distance!
Alongside these stunning living spaces, there are three vibrant twin rooms tucked on this ground floor, one of which has direct garden access. Two even enjoy ensuite facilities while the third has access to a separate fabulous bathroom, all three of which are elegant and delightful, with sparkling showers. The final bedroom, a beautiful, airy double, is located on the first floor alongside the second fabulous living space, with a dazzling ensuite bathroom. A majestic spacious first-floor terrace with casual outdoor seating, loungers and incredible sea views has an exterior staircase directly to the garden.
Out in your stunning garden, you have tons of space for sunbathing, swimming in your immense six by four-meter private pool and spending quality time together, all where you can look out over the stunning sea in the distance! Right by the pool on the split-level terrace, there’s also a fantastic BBQ and alfresco dining area, for the most glamorous dining spot on the island!
With the centre of Cala D’or, just a 12 minute walk away, you’re ideally placed to enjoy the best bits of this incredible island and still get to all necessary amenities in a flash! Tucked in the south-eastern coast of Mallorca, Villa Esmerelda Bay is a contemporary delight in an unbeatable location, with two breath-taking beaches within a 10-minute walk, and just a couple of minutes more to the thriving town centre of Cala d’Or!
Perched atop one of the many rolling hills of the island, you’re spoilt for choice in active pursuits on land, as well as the majestic beaches on the doorstep! The island a hiker’s paradise and is world-renowned for its cycling – so whether you fancy renting a bike or taking a scenic stroll, you’ll have the perfect landscape at your fingertips!
The peace and calm of the property is incredible when you consider that it’s just within walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants you could need in the local town.
The nearby town of Cala d’Or is hugely family-friendly, with beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes aplenty. Catering for all ages, there really is something for everyone: from a variety of water sports on offer along the beaches and a golf course nearby, to marinas and National Parks and boat trips to the many incredible coves along the coastline.
