What a magical villa – stunning, modern architecture, immaculate furnishings, incredible views, a fantastic pool, four amazing terraces, just one kilometre away from the charming old town of Alcudia and right in front of the fabulous, romantic, small harbour of Barcares – what more could you possibly want? Barcares is a tranquil village with a small beach and superb views over to Cap Formentor as well as the small rocky island located offshore. There are a few bars and restaurants, and it is only a short walk into Alcudia. The location is ideal for walks by the sea, swimming and snorkelling, boat excursions and spectacular sunset views. The contemporary design of Villa Volarria is incredible. It is so streamlined and cool. The four separate terraces boast stunning views of the garden, Pollensa Bay and the surrounding mountains. Everywhere you look, it is beautiful. Such a happy place to wake up in the morning! The outside space is lovely, with lots of lush plants and trees. Such a peaceful haven with a terrific pool that can be heated when necessary, wonderful terrace, sun loungers, lawn and outdoor dining area with a barbecue. The intimate garden gets the sun all day, so it is perfect for relaxing. There is a private parking space in front of the villa as well as the garage which offers space for three cars and cycles as well as housing a really fun table tennis table. Inside the villa, everything is so sleek, bright and tasteful with amazing use of glass, chrome and tiled floors that flow the whole way through making it feel like one huge space. The living room is so comfortable and connects to the front terrace with lovely views of the sea. You can just laze on the squishy sofa and gaze through the massive windows at the wonderful vision in front of you. You are unlikely to want to look at the TV in front of you as the view is so incredible! The villa flows so well into the pristine, ultra-modern kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a bathroom.
The master bedroom is also on the ground floor and is spectacular with its own en-suite as well as direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a second living space which connects to yet another balcony with fabulous sea views as well as three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with a view of the garden. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the others are all twins though they are next to each other so can be used as one huge bed. The four bathrooms are exquisite. You will not want to come out of the shower! Villa Volarria is a very upmarket, impeccable holiday accommodation. Everything has been planned meticulously to give you a wonderful holiday to remember.Villa Volarria is in a wonderful location in a lovely quiet village, right next to the sea and within walking distance to Alcudia Old Town. In 15 minutes or so you can be in Pollensa. There is so much to see and do, whether you go to the beach or inland to horse ride, trek or cycle. Alcudia Old Town is so atmospheric and such a jewel. It is so romantic with its Romeo and Juliet balconies, narrow cobbled streets, authentic little coffee shops, unique boutiques, amazing restaurants, a bustling market and beautiful architecture. It is steeped in history. There are a Roman museum and Roman ruins just outside the walls.
Port Alcudia is home to a breathtaking Blue Flag 3 km beach, the picturesque marina and many cafes and restaurants. There are watersports galore from paddle boats to jet skiing and paragliding. Fun excursions run from the marina including day trips to Menorca, dolphin watching tours and glass-bottomed boats.  Golf fanatics will be very welcomed at the wonderful 18-hole course at Golf Alcanada. The greens are so well maintained with fabulous views, and there is also a lovely restaurant.  Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa are only a little further away and make fun day trips. Pollensa is an ancient, charming, attractive town with beautiful architecture, modern art galleries, fantastic shops, delicious cosmopolitan restaurants and a lively market. Puerto Pollensa is stunning with white, dazzling sand and shallow, warm water.
