A charming villa with a unique Menorcan design is displayed throughout the spacious and well-presented rooms of this delightful home, just 10 minute drive from the Sant Tomas beach. The property sits within ample grounds between the towns of Es Mijorns and Ferreries  Tucked away into a natural landscape of wild grasses and indigenous shrubs that stretches back from the sea, and it is just above here that Casa Foradada is situated. Enjoying enticing views across gently sloping countryside and over the tops of trees towards the shimmering sea, the property’s pretty gardens and terraces are enviably positioned.Throughout the house, a real sense of space and light has been achieved with tiled floors, pale pastel walls in the bedrooms, and a ceiling of double height in areas. Modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas and underfloor heating ensure your home from home comforts have not been forgotten. Outside, your time will no doubt be spent around the pool (5m x 9m – 1.20m x 1.90m depths) and dining terrace, although the rest of the grounds deserve exploration too. Covering half a hectare, they are mainly given over to woodland and have been left ‘au naturel’.Throughout the property you will experience comfort from the cosy lounge to the dining area and also the 5 bedrooms all en-suite consisting of 2 double and 3 twin. Es Mijorn Gran is a small town situated in the southern part of Menorca.  It preserves it’s original architecture with it’s original white houses.  It also has some beautiful beaches like Sant Tomas and Binigaus which stretch to join Atalis beach and Son Bou beach.
Es Migjorn Gran is a small municipality in southern Menorca in the Spanish Balearic Islands. Formerly incorporated into the municipality of Es Mercadal, it is now the island’s newest and second-smallest municipal district. The main inland village of Es Migjorn Gran is surrounded by small pine-clad hills, and the coast is home to a small variety of tourist resorts and unspolit beaches, Santo Tomas being the principal resort. There are many ‘calas’ or coves that are encompassed by pine-covered cliffs along the coast, where there are small sandy beaches only accessible by foot or by sea, which mean they are very rarely busy.
Es Migjorn Gran borders the municipality of Ciutadella (Ciudadella), Ferreries (Ferrerías), Es Mercadal (Mercadal) and Alaior (Alayor).
