Villa Levina is a lovely, homely property situated on the desirable south coast of Menorca in a quiet area. Positioned only a five-minute walk from the sea, this fantastic property provides an ideal base for exploring the stunning Menorcan coastline with ease. You can truly relax from the moment you arrive, with amenities available within walking distance of your front door. Villa Levina is located on a lovely plot, at the top of the botanical garden, providing a beautiful outlook stretching out to striking sea views.
The property is spread over two floors with plenty of space for a family or group of friends. As you enter the villa, the furnishing is comfortable and relaxed, with white painted walls and plenty of windows making the space bright and airy. There is an open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up some summer feasts to enjoy together. This space is great for socialising, eating breakfast or preparing picnics to take down to the beach. With access to the pool terrace, the living room is a popular spot in this villa. The comfy sofas are great for those moments you wish to escape from the hot Spanish sun, curl up and read a book, or chat late into the evenings, yet maintaining the gorgeous views through large glass doors. There are four good sized bedrooms spread over both floors, all including fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and direct access to the different terraces so from the moment you wake up you can step outside into the dreamy Spanish climate and soak in the views.
Outside, Villa Levina makes the most of its setting, with two covered terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining and large open terraces, with space for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a beautiful garden, as well as a barbecue for your enjoyment. Menorca is a popular holiday destination and for good reason! There are unspoilt, idyllic beaches with turquoise water and glistening sand which are very hard to resist. Outside of peak season, it is still often warm enough to sit out in the sun and enjoy and explore the beautiful coastline.

The ancient coastal paths have been restored, linking the various, picturesque coves that scatter the coastline.
