Villa Salma is a beautiful Menorcan finca, with a lovely, homely ambience throughout. Located less than a five-minute drive from the quiet Es Grau beach, the villa is ideal for children. At the same time, the property is only five minutes from the port of Mahon, where you will find ample restaurants and shops to keep you entertained during your stay. The ease of the location, means you can truly relax from the moment you enter the front door, letting any worries melt away in the warm Menorcan heat.
The villa is spread over two spacious floors. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright and airy living/dining room. The space has some traditional furnishings, all creating a relaxed, calm atmosphere. With exposed beams on the ceiling and large patio doors allowing light to flood through the space, the living area has a unique ambience. This is a great area for entertaining and spending time together as a family, with plenty of space for children to run around. The doors open out to the pool area. There is also a kitchen, utility room, bathroom and three bedrooms on this floor. The first floor features the final double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room as-well as air conditioning.
The exterior of Villa Salma, guarantees tranquillity and privacy, as there are no neighbours nearby. The property enjoys desirable, wonderful views over the Menorcan countryside. The is a porch with an outdoor dining space for your use, perfect for those who enjoy dining al-fresco, or even for a glass of local wine before heading out for dinner. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, where you can watch both children and adults playing in the sunshine. Menorca is a popular holiday destination and for good reason! There are unspoilt, idyllic beaches with turquoise water and glistening sand which are very hard to resist. Outside of peak season, it is still often warm enough to sit out in the sun and enjoy and explore the beautiful coastline.

The ancient coastal paths have been restored, linking the various, picturesque coves that scatter the coastline.
