Villa Clariana Spain

Villa Clariana is a unique, charming property. It was totally rebuilt from an old stone house and is still full of the character and charm of its past. The alluring property is located overlooking open fields in the exclusive area of “La Font”, close to the old town of Pollensa. The villa has been lovingly restored and combined with modern day comforts to form a wonderful holiday destination.
Once inside the villa there is a more modern open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area is delightfully furnished and includes a satellite television and cosy fireplace. There is plenty of space four people to relax and dine inside. On the ground floor, there is also a well sized twin bedroom with a bathroom. Stairs lead out from the living area up to a second double bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom.
If you’re a fan of outdoor cooking then the lovely barbeque kitchen area, which overlooks the 8metre swimming pool will be perfect for you! With plenty of room for al-fresco dining, you can try your skills at some Spanish classics and enjoy a glass or two of the delicious variety of Balearic Island wines.
The swimming pool has Roman steps leading to a shallow end perfect for children, making this villa an easy choice for families with young children. There are also laundry facilities and another toilet outdoor. The gorgeous setting is hard to beat, with mountain views and space to enjoy the warm Spanish summer evenings gazing at the stars above. Only walking distance from the nearest restaurant and with the popular old town of Pollensa so close by it perfectly situated for a tranquil getaway.      The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
