Nestled in a tranquil location, high in the hills of Cala Tarida, Villa Spirit offers luxurious living and fantastic sea views, just 4km from the beach!
Approaching the house, you will note the flexible architecture, which allows the building to blend perfectly with its natural surroundings. Within, the design is more modern, with dazzlingly sleek white and glass surfaces.
A large sofa, a chic dining table for six and a large TV occupy the main living areas. The kitchen is smooth and stylish, with a bold black and white design with all the modern facilities you could hope for!
There are five delightful bedrooms, with two tastefully furnished, beautiful rooms in the main building, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, with a separate shower for the other room.
The first annexe contains two further bedrooms and a TV, and the second annexe is home to the fifth and final bedroom, both of which enjoy direct access to the sublime gardens and terraces.
Each annexe has one fabulous bathroom with a WC and shower. Each of the four bathrooms is every bit as modern and luxurious as the rest of the home, with elegant designs and high-quality facilities.
A vibrant and varied, fully-fenced garden provides a colourful and tranquil setting in which guests can stroll, relax and unwind, with exciting features and endless types of plants and flowers to admire.
The jewel of the home is undoubtedly the enormous terrace, complete with a huge alfresco dining area, alongside the excellent private pool area. To the far side of the patio is the ideal chill-out zone, with a bar with a beer tap, casual sofas and chairs and unbeatable views of the sea.
The infamous beaches of the West coast of Ibiza are within a 20-minute drive, including Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Cala Molí, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida. Each of these beaches is stunning, with crystal clear waters, soft sand and plenty of small bays to explore all along the coastline!
Less than 4km separates you from the glistening Balearic sea, while you’re also 3.5km from San José town, and 20km from Ibiza town, putting the beautiful beaches and glitz and glam of the cities within a stone’s throw – perfect for partying, relaxing, shopping and so much more. Less than 4km from the beautiful coastline of Western Ibiza and the sublime Balearic Sea, Villa Spirit is ideally placed to enjoy all the real highlights of an Ibizan holiday!

As the clubbing capital of the world, you can guarantee a good night out at any of Ibiza’s famous clubs including Pacha, Amnesia and the world’s biggest club: Privilege.
