Villa Prospect is a stand-alone, oceanfront holiday home that has all of the benefits of being located on the West Coast of Barbados. The recently renovated holiday villa holds a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room that includes a washer and dryer and an ample living room that opens out onto the covered terrace on the ground floor. You’ll be able to appreciate the sunny climate on the terrace that has a large lounge area with a saltwater pool overlooking the sea. Inside, the design is simple and contemporary, enriched by bright wall art and splashes of colour on the furnishings.
The living spaces are open plan! You will be able to sit and unwind in the lounge area, while other guests dine in the dining area with seating for six. Villa Prospect epitomises easy living on the Bajan coast. Each room is spacious and beautifully brightened by natural light. The nearby Jordan’s supermarket is stocked with everyday items that will ensure you feel right at home including fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.
Cin Cin by the Sea is a contemporary, elegant new restaurant right next to the villa. The modern venue provides beautiful alfresco dining with seating that overlooks the stunning West Coast of Barbados as well as an air-conditioned lounge bar. The restaurant serves recognisable Mediterranean dishes with a delicious Caribbean twist. Favourites of the restaurants’ guests include tiger prawn penne, crab cakes, lobster, barracuda and bread & butter pudding, as well as great steak and fresh seafood. You can’t beat this local venue to enjoy a cocktail or two as you watch the sunset.
Paradise Beach is only a 10-minute drive away from the villa in Bridgetown. The beach’s water is a vivid turquoise and invites visitors to go for a swim. The tranquil location is usually un-crowded and peaceful with luscious white sands.
St. James Parish Church is located in the nearby Holetown. This historical site is an old church, which is the first one built in Barbados and an ancient landing place for English settlers who arrived on the island in 1627. The building’s stunning architecture can be viewed via a guided tour or the tranquillity of the site can be appreciated by participating in traditional church services every Sunday.
