The villa itself is set on a quiet residential street, poised to make the best of the views from every angle. The three floors offer exquisite living spaces, with each detail carefully thought out to make your stay feel as special as possible.
Designed upside down, the top floor of the villa boasts the main entertaining areas, offering the best views in the place! With a functional open-plan layout you can meander between the kitchen, dining and living zones, as well as between the interior and exterior, with an elegant balcony wrapping around the space. The kitchen is modern and stylish, with white marble worktops and a social breakfast bar, designed to be used by guests with a flair for cookery! The dining table and sofas are separated by a contemporary fireplace, creating a warming touch in this bright room. On the spacious balcony you can sip cocktails, dine al-fresco and lounge around reading a book, all with the glorious distraction of the view, stretching across the town to the vibrant sea.

The proximity to the capital and the glitzy marina makes it a popular choice for both holidaymakers and residents, making for a vibrant atmosphere for your holiday. The main high street boasts a selection of shops, with fashion boutiques, newsagents, hardware stores, a supermarket, an independent book shop and a myriad of restaurants. The town offers all the essential shops and amenities you might need.
In contrast, in Palma, the Capital is stylish and intimate, yet still overflowing with life.
