This beautiful villa sits peacefully on the lakeside of Lake Como in the village of Lezzeno. Bellagio, the Pearl of Lake Como, is just 7km away and the villa also looks out onto the Villa Balbianello, one of the most beautiful villas on the lake.
Villa Chicha is designed over three floors with great balconies and terraces to enjoy the lake view and eat al fresco. Immediately outside the kitchen and living/dining Room is a beautiful terrace with a huge table, perfect for enjoying those long, lazy Italian meals while listening to the splashing of the waves below. The house provides accommodation for 8 people and has ample living and dining areas and spacious bedrooms.
Guests can access the lake directly from the property and take in the sun from the pebbled beach in front of the property. They can also simply stay within the property grounds under the shade of the trees and relax on the sun loungers discovering la dolce vita.
The friendly, unobtrusive owners has their own residence on the far side of the park and a driveway with its own independent parking area and garden. They are very happy to help arrange tours, wine tasting, restaurant bookings and more. They can also provide luxury services in the house, such as catering, cooking lessons and spa treatments.The area around Lake Como is one of outstanding beauty. Stretching from the Swiss Alps to the Grigne and Legnone ranges, Lake Como is guarded by spectacular mountain landscapes. Pastel-coloured villages perch along the shorelines and trail up the steep sides. In this part of Italy, there are the simplest rural dwellings as well as the palatial villas of the 18th century.
A walk around one of these central lake villages, up a cobbled avenue or across a church square, will convince visitors to pause for a moment on a sunny bench, to stop for an aperitivo at a sidewalk café or pop into a gelateria for homemade ice cream.
Whether exploring the lake by foot, car or boat, it should be a leisurely experience. Choose from one of the numerous activities the area offers, or simply enjoy the comfort of the splendid private villa.
Milan itself opens up an array of possibilities. Visit Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper, the Duomo, or stroll down the famous shopping street of Via Montenapoleone.
Guests also have the possibility to explore some of northern Italy’s other lakes, such as Lake Maggiore in Piedmont to the west or even a day trip into Switzerland. For the cultural enthusiasts, the historical city of Turin in Piedmont is well within reach, as are Venice and Verona heading east.
